Hello
43 year old gamer interested in Wayfarers.
Is it level based?
How would you describe Twylos in summation?

Welcome Hub!
To answer your questions:
Yes, Wayfarers is level based. But it is not class based. It is skill based.
We have just revised the game, and are in the middle of the printing process of the new Rulebook. In the next couple of weeks, the revised book should become available.
Twylos has many traditional medieval fantasy tropes, but compared to most settings, it is a darker, stranger, more romantic, and (a bit) more human-centric setting. Twylos has a very rich religious and political history, and although there are a few central themes, the truth of any situation or event largely depends on who you ask. Twylos is a large, old, dirty world.
The revised version of the game breaks the Wayfarers rules and Twylos into two books.
Check your messages. I'll send you the old PDF, so you can get a feel for what Wayfarers and Twylos are all about. The revisions much better, though. _________________ Take a page out of the Unicorn Bible and dance all night by the Light of the Dragon's flame. -Champions of Breakfast |
