Personally, I think the system deserves much higher praise for making an archaic system surprisingly elegant, skill rolls especially, and easily approachable.

Twylos was deserving of all the praise it received, though. It really is a setting with a lived-in feeling, and understandably so.

I don't think we've yet had a review that speaks to how the game plays. But I don't think Will was unfair.

I was happy to see this too. Tywlos is really unlike any other fantasy setting. Vrill's work deserves the attention.
